And when you buy online, you almost always have a 14 day cooling-off period, allowing you to return the goods if you regret your purchase.

    Julen närmar sig och det är dags att fundera på julklappsinköpen. Allt fler köper julklapparna på nätet. Undra på det – konsumenterna har märkt att man sparar tid, besvär och pengar genom att köpa på nätet. Vid inköp på nätet har du nästan alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt, dvs. du kan returnera produkten ifall du ångrar köpet. Vid vanliga köp är returrätten ingen självklarhet, utan den beror på företaget.
